Project-specific RAMS
Risk assessments and method statements are prepared or aligned to the agreed scope, building conditions and principal contractor requirements before work starts.
Clear responsibilities, project-specific controls and working supervision for agreed fire-door and associated carpentry packages in occupied and live environments.
Our mobilisation requirements cover agreed responsibilities, competent people, project-specific RAMS and the client or principal contractor’s site rules. Controls must reflect the actual fire-door, associated carpentry, stud-wall or plasterboarding scope, building use, access and programme.
Documents support the work, but safe delivery depends on people using them, reporting change and stopping when an unapproved condition affects the task.

Relevant trade qualifications, CSCS records, training, insurance and operative information are made available through the client’s onboarding route.
Day-to-day coordination covers work allocation, progress, housekeeping, access restrictions, emerging conditions and escalation to the client team.
Work zones, residents, guests, staff, protected routes, noise, dust, tools and safe daily handback are considered in the delivery plan.
Dust, adhesives and sealants require task-specific assessment. Cutting and sanding controls prioritise suitable extraction; respiratory protection is selected from the actual exposure and work conditions.
Suitable tools, pre-use checks and task-appropriate PPE are required. Protection includes footwear, visibility, eye, hearing, hand and respiratory protection as assessed. Defective equipment is removed from use.

Hotels, homes, hospitals, care settings, schools and offices each need different access, safeguarding, infection-control, security or operational arrangements. The client’s project requirements are incorporated before work begins.
Incidents, near misses, unsafe conditions, access failures and technical details outside the agreed scope are raised through the project route. Unsupported work is not improvised simply to close a task.
MC Pro Services is preparing its management and evidence framework for relevant assessment routes. CHAS, Constructionline, SMAS, SSIP, BM TRADA and FIRAS approval or certification is not currently claimed. Buyers should verify the exact current scheme status, scope, competence and insurance through onboarding.
Subcontract teams must follow the agreed safe method, use suitable equipment, protect others and report unsafe conditions. MC Pro retains the duties that apply to its work and control. Required PPE is provided free where the law places that duty on MC Pro, including for employees and qualifying workers.
Tight-fitting respiratory protection requires a suitable face-fit test and an effective seal. Hearing protection follows the noise assessment. Fire-resisting partitions require the approved complete system, inspection before concealment and controlled changes. Anyone must stop and report work that cannot proceed safely.
