The people responsible for controlled fire-door delivery.

Led by our Managing Director, our team combines working supervision, qualified carpentry and practical planning for hotels, social housing and other buildings that stay in use during the works.

One coordinated team

Plan the building. Control the work. Protect the handback.

Our team is organised around the realities of live sites: room-by-room or property-by-property access, resident and guest interfaces, protected routes, changing conditions and clear progress reporting.

Marius remains the main point of responsibility. Alexei leads daily site coordination, while Yurii and Alexandru bring qualified carpentry capability to installation and supported remedial work.

Core delivery team

Managing Director oversight. Qualified site teams.

Managing Director Marius Captari leads the business and remains accountable for mobilisation, quality and client delivery. Alexei coordinates live works, supported by qualified fire-door carpenters and additional equipped operatives where the programme requires them.

Live-building planning

Access is treated as part of delivery.

Working areas, occupants, operational routes, agreed hours and no-access doors are considered before production targets are set.

Visible control

Progress stays clear to the client team.

Completed, blocked and outstanding work is communicated through the agreed reporting route, with unsupported conditions escalated rather than hidden.

Daily handback

Every area is returned with care.

Tools, waste, protection, security and safe operation are checked at the agreed handback point so the building can continue to function.
