Where an inspection has identified defects, a well-managed remedial programme can restore function without unnecessary disruption. We work from an agreed survey schedule or project instruction, record each action and escalate anything that falls outside the approved detail.

An existing inspection report or schedule of defects helps us review the instructed work door by door. Send the report with the information below where available.
- Site location, door references and the existing report or schedule identifying the work required.
- Photographs of the complete doorsets, relevant defects and any product identification labels.
- Approved repair details, replacement component specifications and materials responsibilities.
- Access arrangements, priority areas, preferred dates and the evidence needed for close-out.
We carry out specified remedial works supported by the relevant project and product information. An enquiry or photograph alone does not establish that a repair is suitable. Missing details and work outside the agreed scope are raised with the project team. We do not provide independent inspection or certification through this service.
