Fire-door delivery for fm & contractors

Fire Door Works for FM & Contractors

Qualified carpentry capacity that works within established programme, safety, evidence and quality-management systems.

Project environmentFM & delivery contractors

Delivery planned around the building in use.

Facilities managers with an existing fire-door survey or remedial schedule can enquire about a defined labour-only works package. Main contractors and passive-fire specialists can also engage our Northampton-based teams for installation, replacement and specified remedials within their delivery programme. We review the approved scope, client-supplied materials, access arrangements and reporting requirements before mobilisation, then provide trade-qualified operatives, working supervision, our own tools and transport.

Programme priorities

  • Price-work or agreed day-rate delivery
  • RAMS and site-control integration
  • OneTrace, Bolster and Boris workflow experience
  • Direct progress communication

How MC Pro supports the project

We work from the contractor’s approved scope, design information and certification route. Competency, insurance and onboarding documents are available for review before mobilisation.

Contractors can review our labour-only teams and supervision. Facilities managers can share an existing competent survey and approved schedule for specified remedial works. Include door references, quantities, site access and target dates. See our Northampton fire-door services for local projects.

Before we quote

Send a defined works package for review

We support facilities teams and contractors with supervised fire-door installation and remedial delivery. Start with the survey or scope you have available.

  • Building locations, door types, quantities, inspection actions and approved technical details.
  • Who supplies the doorsets and materials, proposed start dates, access restrictions and site supervision requirements.
  • Your onboarding requirements, photographic records, evidence platform and inspection or acceptance arrangements.

Send schedules and supporting photographs by email or WhatsApp, or start with our project enquiry form. Please omit resident, guest and other sensitive personal information.

Common project questions

Do you offer price-work or day-rate delivery?

We prefer to review a defined schedule for price-work, with an agreed day rate available where appropriate. The quotation depends on the scope, doorset types, location, access, working hours and materials arrangements. No rate or start date is committed until the package is agreed.

Can your teams use OneTrace, Bolster or Boris?

Our teams have experience with OneTrace, Bolster and Boris workflows. Confirm the platform, account access, door-reference structure, required photographs and close-out process at mobilisation so the records meet your project requirements.

Are you a temporary labour agency?

No. MC Pro Services Ltd is a subcontract installation company providing defined labour-only fire-door works and supervised project teams. We agree the work scope, commercial terms and delivery responsibilities with the contracting business.
