Delivery planned around the building in use.

Planning fire-door installation or remedial work in an occupied hotel, hostel or serviced accommodation? MC Pro Services delivers defined labour-only packages from the agreed specification or remedial schedule. Our Northampton-based team reviews access windows, door quantities, client-supplied materials and handback requirements before confirming the programme. We coordinate room access, housekeeping and security with your team, report blocked access quickly and plan work around guests and daily operations.

Programme priorities

  • Phased room and floor access
  • Low-disruption working and daily handback
  • Clear reporting of completed and no-access doors
  • Out-of-hours delivery where agreed

How MC Pro supports the project

We support hotel owners, facilities teams, principal contractors and specialist passive-fire contractors with agreed installation, replacement and supported remedial packages. Work follows the approved door schedule, doorset evidence, manufacturer instructions and project reporting route.

Our Northampton-based teams provide fire-door installation and replacement and specified remedial works. For a nearby building, review our Northampton fire-door services and send the door schedule, access requirements and target dates.

Before we quote

Get your hotel fire-door quotation started

Send the information you already have. We can identify the missing details before agreeing a price or attendance programme.

  • Hotel postcode, door references and approximate quantities, separated into bedroom, corridor, stairwell, riser and back-of-house locations.
  • The inspection or remedial schedule, doorset specification and who will provide doors, ironmongery and other materials.
  • Target dates, room-release arrangements, permitted working hours, parking and the person coordinating access.

Send schedules and supporting photographs by email or WhatsApp, or start with our project enquiry form. Please omit resident, guest and other sensitive personal information.

Common project questions

Can the work be phased around occupied rooms?

We can discuss room-by-room or floor-by-floor delivery with your hotel or facilities team. Room release, guest access, noisy-work periods and daily handback need to be agreed before the programme is confirmed. Out-of-hours work is considered by arrangement.

How will the hotel works be priced?

A defined installation or remedial schedule can be reviewed for price-work. Where the scope is not sufficiently defined, an agreed day-rate approach may be more suitable. We confirm assumptions, exclusions, materials responsibilities and any out-of-hours costs with the quotation.

What records can our facilities team receive?

We agree the required door references, progress updates, photographs, snag records and handover format before starting. These project records support the client's inspection and acceptance process; MC Pro Services does not provide independent fire-door inspection or certification.
